30-Day Radiance Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Because skincare products are personal care items, certain conditions apply to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

Products may be returned for a refund if they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused and unopened and returned in original packaging, and
• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be resold.

If you are not satisfied with a product that has been opened, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a store credit, or a replacement product.

Limit one satisfaction guarantee per customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products returned beyond the 30-day return window

To protect the integrity of our products and prevent misuse of our policies: Always Ageless® Skin Care reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that show signs of excessive use, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to first contact Always Ageless® Skin Care to resolve any issue regarding your order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our customer care team.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in the inability to place future orders with Always Ageless® Skin Care.
